Care instructions:
The serving board is made of natural acacia wood and should only be hand-washed. The heat and chemicals of a dishwasher are harmful to the wood. When cutting on the board it is recommended to use the backside to keep the engraving from being damaged. If the cutting board begins to show wear and tear it can be treated with food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner.
Design proofs are only available upon request and may delay the processing time if messages are not returned quickly. We are happy to work with you to create exactly what you would like!
Please enter your engraving exactly as you would like it engraved. Due to the custom nature of this product, it cannot be returned once personalized. Please triple-check your dates and spelling.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGE
We do our best to package every item safely and ship on time. Once the box leaves our studio it's out of our control what can happen to it. If your tracking information shows delivered but you didn't receive the package we suggest you to contact USPS to trace your package. We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages as it's out of our control. However, if you truly didn't receive your package we are happy to offer a 20% OFF coupon for you to reorder a second pair.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unfortunately, if the wrong shipping address was provided and the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be updated. It is important to double-check all shipping information before placing an order to avoid any errors. If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
