- Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted due to the custom nature of our items. However, if a mistake is made in your personalization or if the item is damaged upon delivery please contact us.

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted due to the custom nature of our items. Please triple-check your dates and spelling.
However, if a mistake is made by us we will replace your item at no cost to you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGE
We do our best to package every item safely and ship on time. Once the box leaves our studio it's out of our control what can happen to it. If your tracking information shows delivered but you didn't receive the package we suggest you to contact USPS to trace your package. We ARE NOT responsible for lost packages as it's out of our control. However, if you truly didn't receive your package we are happy to offer a 20% OFF coupon for you to reorder a second pair.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unfortunately, if the wrong shipping address was provided and the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be updated. It is important to double-check all shipping information before placing an order to avoid any errors. If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
If your order has not been shipped yet and you need to update the shipping address, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. You can contact us live chat on our website. Please provide your order number and the updated address information so we can make the necessary changes before your order is processed and shipped.
